The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. On arrival, the car park was untidy and poorly maintained, which was quite off-putting. I also found the bathroom in my room to have broken tiles and an overall sense of neglect, making me feel uncomfortable during my stay.

the breakfast area was a little dark, which woudl ve been tolerable if the service hadn’t been so slow. also, i was utterly shocked that we didn’t get duo of cats on the patio as a complimentary welcome gift, since they were just roaming around. so close yet so far from a decent experience.
